Roche Diagnostics employee event – Growing Together, Celebrating Together

A legendary employee event for Roche Diagnostics with interactive elements and a brilliant after-show party

Briefing

The aim was to create a challenging and interactive employee event for around 200 Roche Diagnostics employees. The event was to reflect the motto “Growing Together, Celebrating Together” and strengthen the team spirit. In addition, the client wanted an after-show party that would bring the evening to an unforgettable close and focus on “togetherness”.

Implementation

For the event setting, we chose the impressive Hall E in Vienna’s Museumsquartier. To make the motto “Growing Together, Celebrating Together” tangible right from the start, we designed creative invitations in the style of a festival ticket. The evening began with an inspiring keynote speech by Ralf Rangnick on the topic of teamwork, which laid the foundation for the interactive team building that followed.

One highlight of the event was an innovative team-building program that used high-tech cameras and coloured cards to create a real team feeling. The participants were able to control the “racket” in a digital ping-pong game – the energy in the room was just like in a soccer stadium! Finally, the teams virtually flew under the Golden Gate Bridge while piloting a Boeing – an impressive experience that generated a lot of enthusiasm.

For the after-party experience, the curtain behind the stage opened to reveal an impressive party zone, which was staged with lights and fog – a surprise that made for astonished faces. Our KI photo box with its own photo challenge and slideshow rounded off the evening: guests were able to try their hand at different photo motifs, which were printed immediately and reminded them of the best memories of the evening.

Output

It was a complete success, perfectly combining team spirit, innovation and experience – and the participants were just as enthusiastic as we were! We would like to thank Roche Diagnostics for their trust and are delighted to have been part of such a special event.
