4. google analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). 5. information on sending the newsletter
We collect your e-mail address and your first and last name for our newsletter service. The newsletter is sent on the legal basis of Section 107 TKG 2003 and legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We use external IT service providers and marketing agencies to analyze newsletter usage in connection with newsletter distribution. This involves determining whether and when the newsletters are opened and which links are clicked in order to recognize the reading habits of our users and improve the content of the newsletters. We also record participation in campaigns and events advertised in the newsletter. We never monitor individual users.

The use of external processors, statistical surveys and analyses are based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an email to office@kesch.at. We will then delete the data that we have processed in connection with the newsletter mailing.

6. information on the event registration system
We use our own event registration tool for our events. For example, we collect your e-mail address, your first and last name, your address and, in some cases, your bank details and credit card details. E-mails from the event registration system are sent on the legal basis of § 107 TKG 2003 and legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR. In connection with the event registration system, we use external IT service providers and marketing agencies to evaluate registration usage. This determines whether and when the newsletters are opened and which links are clicked in order to be able to organize events smoothly. We never monitor individual users.

The use of external processors, statistical surveys and analyses are based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from our event registration system at any time via the link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an e-mail to office@kesch.at. We will then delete the data that we have processed in connection with the event registration system.

7. rights of data subjects
You have the right to information about the personal data processed by us and, if necessary, to correction and/or deletion of this data, to restriction of processing and/or to objection to processing at any time (this is the case if the data processing is based on our legitimate interests – for example to operate direct mail by sending our newsletter – in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Therefore, KESCH cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties.

10. use of the SalesViewer technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimization purposes on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect and use company-related data. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and not used to personally identify the visitor to this website.

The data stored in the context of Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
