THE BIGGEST EVENT IN THE HISTORY OF KESCH

We at KESCH are celebrating a special milestone: the biggest event in our history! After more than six months of intensive preparation, the time had finally come. Our “Huawei P60 Launch Event Munich” took place on May 9, 2023, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our company’s history.

We were able to bring Huawei’s brand world to life with our immersive creative concept,” says our KESCH founder and CEO Lukas Schütz.

Summary

It fills us with great pride that we, as the DACH agency, were able to prevail in a multi-stage tender process and organize the European launch of the new Huawei P60.

An event of superlatives

Implementation

We visited countless locations in two countries and presented them to our client Huawei. When Munich was chosen, we were overjoyed. We took over the planning, implementation and on-site support for the launch, which attracted over 800 enthusiastic visitors.

In just a few months, we designed an impressive show for Huawei’s new flagship smartphone. With the support of our team of over 100 people, we transformed an entire indoor arena into an Experience Zone and set up a show area with a huge stage and a 700 square meter LED wall to perfectly present the Huawei innovations.

Our event offered eight immersive stations in the Experience Zone, where guests could test various functions of the Huawei P60. We also had the honor of welcoming British athletics icon Sir Mo Farah.

Result
