“Off to the South Seas!” was the motto of the STRABAG BEACH PARTY on June 29, 2023 for all employees of Strabag AB Hoch- & Verkehrswege Niederösterreich, Wien & Burgenland. With palm trees, pools and a party, the company premises of MISCHEK Systembau GmbH were transformed into a summery STRABAG beach.

Briefing
STRABAG wanted a company summer party that would create a real buzz to say “thank you” to the employees with a fun party. The brief was to hold the summer party on the premises of MISCHEK Systembau GmbH. in Gerasdorf near Vienna. Covered exhibition buildings and outdoor areas were available.
Pure beach flair
We fulfilled the desired beach flair for around 250 people in the form of a beach party . The area provided was ideal for outdoor use for play stations and guest areas as well as for placing the bars, lounges and dance floor indoors in the exhibition building.
Implementation
Guests were welcomed with a few beach goodies (flower necklace, beach tattoo, pool cannons). Several green beach islands as well as various lounges and bars awaited them at STRABAG Beach. Leaning back in a colorfuldeck chair and provided with small pools for the necessary cooling, the evening ended pleasantly for the employees.

kicker, nail stick hitting) and the fire juggler Andreas Szymonikwho created the atmosphere with his spectacular fire-acts.
With a BBQ station, ice cream van, bars and espresso mobile, the guests embarked on a culinary journey to the summery south and were sufficiently fortified to continue with
Kronehit
DJ and host of the evening Fredi to turn night into day.
Result
The STRABAG Beach Party was a complete success! The 250 guests celebrated a summer party with beach flair and excellent food and entertainment. Beach islands and various bars and lounges provided the perfect vacation feeling, while game stations, a photo box and a fire juggler provided entertainment. The ultimate beach party atmosphere was created in the evening hours by the DJ, who kept the guests on the dance floor all night long with great party music.
