Share Success – Achieving goals together

With the Commercial Kick-Off Meeting 2025, Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland and The Coca-Cola Company Switzerland a powerful symbol of motivation, brand loyalty and strategic focus. An immersive brand world was created in the legendary PostFinance Arena under the motto Share Success staged. KESCH was responsible for the concept, design, technical coordination, event dramaturgy, participant management, communication and entertainment.

From the first note to the last beam of light, the motto was ‘Share Success‘ was not only visible, but tangible.

Briefing

The Commercial Kick-Off 2025 was intended to get over 300 participants from the Sales and Commercial departments in the mood for the annual goals for 2025 and promote emotional identification with the Coca-Cola brand world. A creative central idea was required that would run through all phases of the event – from the invitation to the after-party. In addition to knowledge transfer and motivation, the focus was on team spirit, brand pride and efficient logistics. The PostFinance Arena was chosen as the location to create a striking, emotionally charged setting.

Share Success

The motto Share Success pervaded all areas of the event – from communication to brand spaces and entertainment. Participants were not only informed, but actively involved, emotionally touched and given a strong brand energy for the new year.

Implementation

An impressive, CI-compliant brand world was created in just five months. The PostFinance Arena was completely transformed during the regular sports season – with immersive scenography, interactive stations, gamification in the dedicated event app, impressive show acts, pyrotechnics and lighting, as well as a consistent event dramaturgy.


KESCH was responsible for all trades: technology, design, process direction, artistsF&B, participant logistics, communication and project management. The evening program with dinner and party was also seamlessly integrated – in the same setting and with an emotional finale on the ice.

Result

The strategic content was not only communicated, but also firmly anchored. The event achieved strong activation values in the app, high engagement at the stations, excellent feedback on the overall staging and a noticeable motivational high afterwards. The budget targets were met, synergies were optimally exploited and the organization ran smoothly. The event not only delivered content – it created lasting loyalty and new energy for 2025.
