The Caf Vergnano Experience: A day full of pleasure and emotions

How can the 140-year history of a traditional Italian coffee be translated into a modern world of experience? KESCH has managed to do just that and Caffé Vergnano created an unforgettable brand experience event. A day on which the guests not only talked about coffee, but experienced it in every facet. could.

We were allowed to around 120 guests – consisting of existing customers, new customers, press and the family Vergnano themselves – into the world of Café Vergnanoo kidnap. The event began at 09:30 a.m. and was a real highlight: with five perfectly staged themed rooms, we offered guests the opportunity to experience the brand up close. D as feedback? Enthusiasm at all levels!

Implementation

At the center of the Brand Experience were the five experience roomswhich appealed to all of the visitors’ senses and allowed them to immerse themselves in the brand world:

1. tradition and innovationThe fascinating family history of Caffé Vergnano, which dates back to 1882, has been brought to life here. Tradition meets modern coffee culture – an exciting journey through the family’s history.

 

2. craftsmanship and qualityThe aromas of coffee were the focus of this room. Guests were able to smell different varieties and roasts and experience what makes Caffé Vergnano’s unmistakable taste.

 

3. taste experienceIn a live barista session, visitors experienced how much care and precision goes into making a perfect cup of coffee. Here, coffee was not just drunk – it was understood.

4th Woman in Coffee: Here, the guests learned about Caffé Vergnano’s special program that supports women in coffee production. In addition to interesting insights, Rosa Caffé Vergnano cups were decorated by a calligrapher on request and were the highlight of the giveaway for every guest.

5 Sustainability and the futureCaffé Vergnano is committed to sustainable production. In this room, participants were given an understanding of responsibility towards the environment and society – an important aspect for the future of the brand.

Result: A successful day for customers and the press

The event ended around 14:00 o’clockbut the impression left by the Brand Experience was lasting. The Press had the opportunity to gain exclusive insights into the future plans of Caffé Vergnano, while the existing customers and new customers experienced the brand in a completely new way. The day showed once again how powerful a successful brand experience can be – enjoyment, information and emotions merged to create an unforgettable experience.

The Caffé Vergnano Experience, implemented by KESCH, was a complete success. 120 enthusiastic guests and the Vergnano family themselves experienced the Italian coffee tradition in a modern, multi-sensory way. With this brand experience, KESCH not only succeeded in presenting the Caffé Vergnano brand, but also in bringing it to life – and the feedback speaks for itself: The customer is delighted!
