To mark the 25th anniversary of hydropower, Verbund AG invited over 800 employees on June 6, 2024.from Austria and Bavaria to a special company event at the congress Center Schladming. KESCH took over the organization of a unique program that celebrates the solidarity and shared successes of the employees. celebrated inside. With an interactive online quiz during the arrival, an impressive “big picture” with drone footage, a drum performance with 800 participants and the production of a customized event newspaper, KESCH ensured an unforgettable experience. The event underlined the importance of hydropower and promoted team spirit in a creative and emotional way.

Briefing

To mark the 25th anniversary of hydropower, KESCH was commissioned to design an event that would bring together Verbund employees from all plant locations in Austria and Bavaria. The aim was to celebrate the successes of the last 25 years and at the same time create a strong sense of community. The event was to be both informative and entertaining and reflect the company values.

Implementation

KESCH focused on a diverse and interactive event design. During the journey to the Congress Center Schladming, the participants were prepared for the event with an online quiz on the topic of hydropower, which later culminated in an award ceremony.

Numerous highlights awaited on site: A “Big Picture” from a drone perspective, in which 800 people held up signs to represent the Verbund logo, was coordinated within a very short space of time. At the same time, an impressive drum performance was staged with all participants in collaboration with the artists from Drums Café, in which the cohesion of the team was expressed musically.
